This policy explains what information Perez Superior Wash LLC, doing business as Superior Wash South Texas ("we" or "us"), collects through superiorwashsouthtexas.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Fleet quote form

Company name, your name, phone number, email address, yard or terminal address, the types of vehicles you run, number of units, how often you want washes, your preferred wash window, any notes you add, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.

Careers application form

Full name, phone number, email address, city, the position you're interested in, your availability, any experience you describe, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We don't ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or a resume through this website.

Website visits

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views on this site. It doesn't use cookies. Our servers also briefly use your IP address to block spam and repeated form submissions.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request
• To schedule service
• To send work orders
• To process job applications
• To send text messages, only if you checked the text message box (see SMS Terms)

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle your information on our behalf:

• CRM: form submissions go to our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which we also use to contact you, including by text message if you opted in.
• Hosting: Vercel hosts this website, passes form submissions to our CRM, and provides the page-view analytics described above.

Text messages

Agreeing to receive text messages is optional. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.

How to request deletion

To ask us to delete your information, or to see or correct what we have, email sales@superiorwashsouthtexas.com. Include the name and the phone number or email address you used so we can find your records.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
